Patterson Building Group Pty Limited was engaged by Caverstock Group Pty Limited to undertake the construction of two luxury penthouse apartments located at 43 Tobruk Avenue, Cremorne.  The works involved taking over the partially constructed building from level one and completing the structure and then the fitout of two spacious three bedroom apartments comprising two bathrooms, polished timber  floors, ducted air conditioning, infra-red smart home systems, video intercom, lift access, garage and external entertaining areas and all associated services.

Patterson Building Group Pty Limited was engaged to undertake the construction of two luxury two storey townhouses located at 84 Belmont Road, Mosman.  The works involved the demolition of an existing residence and the construction of two three bedroom dwellings over two levels comprising two bathrooms, limestone bathrooms, underfloor heating, red ironbark flooring, sandstone entertaining areas and all associated services.

Patterson Building Group was engaged on behalf of Donovan Oates Hannaford Mortgage Corporation to undertake the completion of 35 residential units in a six storey building.  The mixed use development comprises one level of retail and five levels of residential with two basement levels. 

Patterson Building Group was engaged to undertake the project management of the design and construction of 56 apartments over seven levels and two basement levels.  The structure of the building is a post tensioned concrete frame with masonry external and internal walls.  External finishes include partial rendered and face brick facades.  Internal finishes include cement rendered walls, polyurethane kitchens, Caesar stone benchtops and ceramic tiled bathrooms, ensuites, kitchen floors and balconies.

Patterson Building Group was engaged as the head contractor for the design and construction of major external works to an existing luxury house.  The work involved underpinning, rock sawing and excavation, garage, entertaining areas, viewing decks, pool construction, retaining walls, concrete paving and all associated services.

Patterson Building Group was engaged on behalf of Bluewater Pacific Pty Limited to undertake the construction of 15 residential units in a twin four storey building with a basement level at 10-18 Bay Street, Coogee.  The works involved the demolition of three freestanding houses and the construction of 13 two bedroom apartments and 2 three bedroom apartments with 23 underground parking spaces.
