Education projects
Patterson Building Group has recently been appointed by the Catholic Education Office as the contractor to undertake Stage 4 alterations and additions to Holy Family Primary School, Emerton. The works in this project involve the construction of administration and staff room amenities, canteen and car parking for approximately 40 cars, associated external works and landscaping.
Patterson Building Group Pty Limited was appointed as the head contractor to undertake the construction of a new hall, covered outdoor learning area and covered walkways at Wollongong Public School. These works form part of the BER School Works Programme.
Patterson Building Group Pty Limited was appointed by the Catholic Education Office to undertake the alterations and additions to St Patrick’s Primary School, Blacktown. The works in this project involved the conversion of existing classrooms into an administration area in conjunction with additions to the existing building to provide a main entry and enlarged administration area. Stage 2 involved the conversion of existing administration area into 2 classrooms. Total area of construction and alterations is 510m2 and external works is 870m2.
Patterson Building Group was appointed by the Department of Commerce as head contractor to undertake the canteen upgrade works at West Wallsend High School, West Wallsend. The works involved alterations and additions to the existing canteen space, the demolition of existing fit out, demolition of walls to allow for additions to be made to the existing space and a new canteen fit out involving new floors, doors, roller shutters, serving counter, joinery, tiling, painting, electrical, hydraulics and miscellaneous furniture, equipment and signs.
Patterson Building Group Pty Limited was appointed by The Department of Commerce as the head contractor to undertake the upgrade of toilet blocks and stormwater and sewer repairs at Macquarie Fields Public School.
Patterson Building Group Pty Limited was appointed by The Department of Commerce as the head contractor to undertake the upgrade of access to allow for the provision of disabled students at Winmalee Public School, Winmalee. The works involved the construction of access ramps, handrails, pathways and wheelchair lift.
